Hello Potential Cruiser,
 
We had such a great time during our POC Sails the Seas 2006' 
cruise to Nassau that we voted on making a cruise our National event 
bi-annually. For cruise 2008' we've secured some great rates just 
for you. Imagine a 5 day and night cruise for a little over 
$100.00 per day. That's right, our rates beat our 3 day cruise rates.

We've blocked interior and ocean view cabins for our group. After 
they're gone, our group rates will be as well. Of course you'll be able 
to book on your own and join us but we encourage you to get on 
board with us now.


Here's a huge PERK for ALL of us.....
EVERY cabin we book will receive a $100.00, on board, 
ship credit per cabin (not per person). That's $50.00 a piece 
for you and your cabin-mate that will be applied to your 
Sign and Sail account. You can use this bonus any way you 
choose. Use your $50.00 for drinks, towards a spa treatment, 
bingo, the casino, shopping on board, etc. Don't sleep on this folks.

September 21st, 2007 for either interior or exterior cabins.**

April 7th, 2008.  THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS, 
NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Of course you can pay for your cruise in full at anytime or 
make payments anytime you wish and as often as you wish.


OTHER EXPENSES to CONSIDER:
 
*PASSPORT:  You must have a passport for this cruise.

*Your Sail and Sign Account: "Sail & Sign is Carnival's cashless 
on board credit program which allows guests to charge purchases 
directly to a personal account for convenience throughout the cruise." 
While on board you will use no cash. Every transaction is charged 
to your Sail and Sign account.
For this cruise the minimum 
deposit is $200.00.
You may use a credit card, a "bank" debit 
card
with a visa or master card logo on it  or you may put 
$200.00 in cash down. If you use a debit card Carnival will hold 
that amount on your card. The funds unused will be released at the 
end of the cruise (keep in mind, your bank may take a few business 
days to actually release your funds). If you use cash and have an 
unused portion,
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN CASH. 
YOU WILL INSTEAD RECEIVE A CHECK FOR YOUR 
REFUND.

Note: Your Sail & Sign Card will serve as your identification
card when you re-board the ship in a port of call.
Remember to take it with you whenever you go ashore.
You will be required to show it to a Carnival security
officer in order to re-board the ship.
 
Pre-Paid Gratuities:  This expense has already been 
included in the cost of your cruise.
$50.00 for this cruise. 
That's $10.00 per day in tips for the entire cruise staff with the 
exception of the tipping the Maitre D'. Tipping the Maitre D is 
strictly at the guest's discretion, based upon services rendered. 
For guests who wish to extend this gratuity in cash, an envelope 
will be available on the last evening of the cruise.

*Carnival's Vacation Protection Plan:  
Interior Cabin $59.00 OR Ocean View Cabin $79.00.
These are the insurance rates for those that are 17 years old and 
older. For guest that are 16 and under it's $39.00.
We strongly suggest that everyone purchase this insurance. This 
way if for some reason you must opt out you can get at least some 
of your funds back, if not all your funds. Cruise insurance covers 
more then just the chance of your opting out. You'd make this 
payment through Carnival. For information on this cruise insurance,

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS or ask the agent to explain it 
to you.
You have up until  April 21, 2008  to purchase the Vacation 
Protection Plan.

 
Shore Excursions: Any shore excursion you decide to take 
will be on you. Remember, you don't have to take any. There's 
lots to do on the ship at all times or you can just de-board the 
ship and walk around.
 
Drinks:  The only free drinks on the cruise are: fruit punch, 
lemonade, iced tea, juices, coffee and hot tea.  For soft drinks, 
bottled water or alcohol there is a fee. You can purchase a 
Carnival Fountain card. Ask the Carnival Agent for the cost.

ALL PAYMENTS will go directly through Carnival.  As of 
August 27th, you may pay your deposit and make subsequent 
payments. This is assuming you have submitted your registration 
questionnaire by August 14th and have a room-mate if applicable.

BASED ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. YOU 
CAN NOT CALL IN A PAYMENT UNLESS YOUR
INFORMATION HAS BEEN SENT IN TO CARNIVAL.
 
Once your information is received, Sunny will create our 
group rooming list and send it over to Carnival. Again, as of 
August 27th, you may at that time pay your deposit and make 
subsequent payments.
Your deposit is due 
NO LATER THEN OCTOBER 22ND, 2007. There will be
NO EXTENSIONS. If your payment is not called in by the close 
of Carnivals' business day your cabin will be forfeit and your room-mate
if applicable will be stranded.

part of a group and your payment will not be applied

Sunny will be notified of all payments once per week. After your
initial payment is confirmed, you will receive an invite to our cruise
Yahoo group. Our Yahoo group calendar is set with reminders and
stocked with all the information you’ll find on this site and more.
This is also where the party begins.

If you don't have a cabin-mate and want a double occupancy 
cabin, Sunny will assign you one and you'll both receive a 
letter of introduction.
 
 

**Please keep in mind that you are your cabin-mates' 
keeper. If you opt out, your
cabin-mate may loose 
his/her cruise, airfare, first night hotel, et.. In the event 
that your cabin-mate opts out we will make every effort to 
see to it that you can still go.
Unfortunately we can't make 
promises but we can say that everyone that wanted to go 
on Cruise 2006' made it. I had to do lots of juggling but it 
all worked out.

***Please if you're unsure about taking this cruise we ask 
that you book an Individual Cabin. This way, if you opt out 
only you are affected by your decision.

and the men with the men first. Remember, this only works when 
there is an equal number of those requesting room-mates. It may 
be necessary to pair you with a member of the opposite sex.

*If you snore and know it, please reserve an individual cabin or
get your own room-mate for the cruise. Seriously, this is not only
your vacation and everyone deserves to have a peaceful nights' sleep.*

17. MAILING ADDRESS:  NO P.O. BOXES. Carnival will not 
send tickets to
a P.O. Box.  Please make sure your address is

In a nutshell: 
*You must have a passport for this cruise!
*Registration questionnaire due by August 14th, 2007. 
*Do not make any payments on line. All payments must be
called in to Carnival.
*Deposit due no later then October 22nd, 2007. You may 
call in your deposit and subsequent payments begining 
August 27th, 2007.
*Final balance is due no later then April 7th, 2008. We urge
you to make payments at regular intervals.
*Last day to purchase Carnival Cruise Insurance is
April 21, 2008.
*Pre-Cruise Party participants: Last day to reserve your room 
and receive our group rate is May 1st, 2008.
