Pre-Cruise Party & Hotel Information(June 20th, 2008)
Greetings Happy People,
From the looks of it you're ready to get steppin' and
get this party started. We invite and encourage you to
come to our pre-cruise meet and greet, in our departure
city Mobile, Alabama on Friday, June 20th, 2008. By
arriving a day early there's no rushing from the airport
to the dock, less chance of not having your baggage in
time for the cruise and it's a great opportunity to get
acquainted with your fellow travelers. Arrive early and
do a little sight-seeing. There's so much to do and see
Once you register for our cruise, you'll be sent an
invitation to our Yahoo Cruise group. Closer to our cruise
date we'll fill you in on the meet and greet details, as
well as our group transportation plans. How does an
evening pool-side meet and greet sound to you?

Group Booking is under the SOCIAL NETWORKING GROUP
Check in: Friday, June 20th 4pm, Check out is 11AM.
Our discounted rate for Friday, June 20th, 2008 is
$124.00 plus 14% tax for a single or double occupancy
room. That's $141.36. Now split that between 2 people
and that's only $70.68 for the night. A Credit Card
or Advance Deposit is required to Guarantee Reservations.
Your credit card will not be charged. When making your
reservation you must identify yourself as a part of the
SOCIAL NETWORKING GROUP to receive our group discount.
Our group discount cutoff date is May 1st, 2008. The Hotel
will honor the group rate up to 2 days early based upon
availability but the "after cruise" rate will depend upon
current availabilty. Cancellations must be made 48 hrs.
prior to our check in date (June 20th @ 4pm) hotel time.
If you cancel you must cancel no later then June 18th, 2008
by 4pm. Canceling after this date and time will result in
your card being charged.
The hotel is approximately 30 minutes and 18 miles from
the airport and approximately 10 minutes from the cruise
Hotel parking is available for $6.00 per day, with in/out
